terms of service.

who we are. studio369.ai is offered by studio369.ai (studio369.ai, llc, a california limited liability company, oakland, ca 94610). "we" means studio369.ai. "you" means the person who holds the account. these terms cover your use of the site and the app. what we keep about you is covered by the privacy notice (studio369.ai/privacy/).

who can use it. studio369.ai is for people 18 or older. it opens by invitation during the private beta. one account is for one person. keep your sign-in to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used it.

what's yours. what you add to studio369.ai (your images, notes, entries, documents, records of rolls, books and gear) stays yours. to run studio369.ai for you, you let us host, store, copy and process it, show it to you, show it to the people you choose to share it with, in the way you choose, and send it to the companies that help us run the service, including our ai provider when ari reads or writes something for you. that permission is only for running studio369.ai for you, and it ends when your content is deleted, apart from copies that remain in backups until they rotate out.

what ari writes. ari is an ai. readings, reviews, statements and replies that ari writes for you are yours to use, as far as anyone holds rights in them. we don't claim them. ari can be wrong. its readings and scores are a reading of the work, not an appraisal, a valuation or professional advice, and you decide what to do with them.

we don't use your content to train ai models, and our ai provider's terms don't allow it to train on what we send.

using it well. please don't:

• upload anything you don't have the right to keep, or anything unlawful;
• use studio369.ai to harm, harass or deceive anyone;
• try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or get into another person's account;
• use ari to produce anything unlawful, or anything our ai provider's usage policies don't allow.

other people's work. book covers, titles and other details about works you keep belong to their owners. studio369.ai shows them to you as part of your own record.

a beta that changes. studio369.ai is in private beta. features may change, pause or end as we build it.

what it costs. the private beta is free. we'll publish plans and prices before any part of studio369.ai is paid, and nothing is charged without your agreement to a plan.

closing an account. you can stop using studio369.ai at any time, and you can ask us for a copy of your records or to delete them (see the privacy notice). we may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and where we can, we'll tell you why first.

limits. to the extent the law allows, studio369.ai is provided as is, and our total liability for any claim relating to it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. nothing here limits rights you have under the law that can't be limited.

changes to these terms. if these terms change, the date at the top changes. if a change matters to how you use studio369.ai, we'll tell you before it applies.

governing law. these terms are governed by the laws of the state of california.
