how we keep your details.

updated october 15, 2026

studio369.ai is made by Harvey Castro, and offered by studio369.ai (studio369.ai, llc, a california limited liability company, oakland, ca 94610). this page covers what we keep when you ask for access, when you use studio369.ai as a member, and when you recommend someone.

when you ask for access

we keep your name, your email, the tools you picked, your work in one line if you wrote one, that you ticked the consent box and which wording you saw, the date you asked, and whether we've written back. we keep it to answer your request, and nothing else. we don't sell it, and we don't add you to the newsletter. your access request itself doesn't store your ip address, device or location.

when you're a member

we keep your account (your name, your email and how you sign in) and what you add to studio369.ai: entries, notes, images, documents, rolls, receipts, books, gear and the details you give them, along with ari's readings and your conversations with ari. we keep it to run studio369.ai for you. from a receipt, the details we save are the shop's, not your card, your address or your phone. the receipt itself, as you added it, stays private with your purchase.

when you join.

we keep the name you show, that you confirmed you're 18 or older, your full legal name as you typed it, and the record of your accepting the terms of service and the beta agreement, with the date of each. if you delete your account, we keep the agreement record (your full legal name as you typed it, the email on your account, the version you signed and the date) for as long as the agreement applies, because it's the record that you signed it. as everywhere in studio369.ai, we don't use your content to train our ai models.

who helps us run it

a few companies process data for us: hosting, database and file storage, sign-in, email, analytics and an ai provider. when ari reads or writes something for you, the images, words and record details involved are sent to our ai provider to do it: a reading of your images, a conversation, a statement, a handwritten page or a document, a receipt or a film datasheet, a book's cover or isbn, and a review of a book you keep.

we don't use your content to train ai models, and our ai provider's terms don't allow it to train on what we send.

the site's analytics

studio369.ai uses google analytics, which sets cookies: how google uses data from sites that use its services. google analytics can collect data across sites. neither the site nor the app responds to "do not track" signals.

server logs

the companies that host the site and the app keep short server logs of visits, as hosts generally do. we don't use them to identify anyone, except to keep studio369.ai secure.

when a member recommends someone

we keep that person's name and email, and the note if there is one, only to record the recommendation and, if we invite them, to send that one invitation. we don't add them to the newsletter or to anything else, and we don't sell it. if we don't invite them, we delete it after 12 months.

a copy of your records, or deleting them

you can ask us for a copy of what we keep about you, or ask us to delete it. write to info@studio369.ai from the email on your account. we'll check it's you, then do it and write back when it's done. anything left in our backups goes when they rotate out. a few records we have to keep, like billing records the law requires, and we'll tell you which.
